KnightlySites

A council website your officers can actually run.

$15.99 a month · no set-up fee · no per-member charge · cancel any time

A brick parish church at dusk, its windows lit

What the council gets

  • Public pages: events, news, galleries, officers, a join form
  • A members area: roster, documents, minutes, birthdays
  • Service hours logged from a phone, totalled for Form 1728A
  • Minutes drafted from a recording of the meeting
  • Officer terms and records scoped to the fraternal year
  • Edited by whichever officer holds the role, from a phone

The four answers somebody will ask for

What it costs

$149.99 for the year, or $15.99 a month. One line in the budget, and no per-member charge to recalculate when the roster changes.

Who maintains it

Whoever holds the office. Every published thing is edited from a phone by any officer you give the role to — so the answer is not one man's name, which is the answer that has failed your council before.

What happens in July

The slate changes and the site follows it. Officer terms, recognitions and service hours are scoped to the fraternal year, so a new Grand Knight inherits a working site rather than a password nobody has.

If the council says no later

An admin cancels from your own billing page, with nobody to telephone. Your records are kept for 3 months either way, so a vote to stop is not a vote to lose the minutes.
