A public email address for Knightly Sites is not set up on this server yet, and we would rather tell you that than print one that bounces.

If your council already has a site here, an admin can reach billing from the council's own settings. Everyone else: the questions page answers most of what a council asks before subscribing, including the awkward ones.

If you already subscribe

Billing — the card on file, the invoices, cancelling — is handled from your own council's billing page once you are signed in as an admin. You do not need us for any of it.

If something is broken

Say what you did, what happened, and what you expected. A screenshot of the page and the address in the browser bar is worth three paragraphs.
