Everything, for one price.
There is no higher tier. Every council has all of this from the first day, and everything on this page is built and running — not a roadmap.

the three a website builder cannot do
Anyone can sell you pages. These are the council's actual work.

Form 1728A assembles itself
Members log service hours from a phone against the Order's own 1728A category tree — the real one, with the real categories. The personal and council year-to-date totals are current all year, so the Annual Survey is read off a screen in June instead of reconstructed from a shoebox.

Minutes drafted from the recording
Upload the audio of a business meeting. It is transcribed and drafted in the order a council actually uses — call to order, roll call, officer reports, motions, the sick list, good of the Order. The Recorder edits and publishes. He never starts from a blank page again.

It knows what a fraternal year is
Officer terms, recognitions and hours are scoped to the fraternal year, not the calendar. An assembly has a Faithful Navigator, not a Grand Knight. A man belongs to one council and, as a Fourth Degree Knight, one assembly — and the software enforces it. That is the data model, not a label somebody typed in.
Below is the rest of it, in full. Nothing on this page is coming soon.
01 / What the parish sees
What the parish sees
The public half of the site. No sign-in, indexed by search engines, and the only thing a visitor ever has to understand.
A hero photograph from your own gallery, the next events with their dates, ways to serve, and one clear way to join.
Events with start and end times, locations, categories and tags, shown as a list or a month calendar.
Articles with images, scheduled to publish at a date and time, featured on the home page when you choose.
Albums of photographs, plus YouTube and Vimeo embeds in the same album. Nothing is transcoded, so nothing is slow.
A memorial wall and the council necrology, with tributes. No counters and no reactions — a memorial is not a post.
Your current office slate with photographs, and the Faith in Action directors and chairmen for the year.
Everything a prospective member needs, ending in a join form that arrives in an officer’s queue instead of an inbox.
02 / What members get
What members get
One sign-in through a single identity account. Access is a four-step ladder — public, member, officer, admin — and the same page shows more of itself as you go up it.
Who is in the council, searchable, with the detail a member is allowed to see.
A prayer wall your members post to and pray from, with categories, an answered-prayer state, and a meeting prayer list the Chaplain can read aloud. Members only — a man asking prayers for his wife is asking his council, not the internet.
Log hours from a phone in under a minute, against the Order’s own Form 1728A category tree. Your own year-to-date total and the council’s are always current.
The archive of published business-meeting minutes, readable by any member.
By-laws, the Financial Secretary’s report, the treasurer’s report, the budget — filed where members can find them.
Curated links and a static Catholic reference set: the commandments, the precepts, the sacraments, the works of mercy, the holy days.
The things a council tells itself and nobody else.
A member signs up and is reconciled against the roster, so an officer approves a match rather than typing a new record.
03 / What officers get
What officers get
A denser workspace for the work that repeats. Every published thing on the public site is editable here, in a popup, without leaving the page.
Write, schedule, categorise, tag and feature. Scheduling needs no cron job: a post is live when its publish time has passed.
Upload the recording of a business meeting. It is transcribed, then drafted into minutes in the order a council actually uses — call to order, roll call, reports, motions, the sick list, good of the Order. The Recorder edits and publishes.
Add and edit members, approve pending registrations, and import a roster from a spreadsheet.
Knight of the Month, Family of the Month and the rest, scoped to the fraternal year, with a paginated honorees archive on the public site.
Record a brother’s passing with the dignity it deserves.
Write once and send to the council.
Set the amount and how often. Every active member is charged each period — honorary members never are — and emailed a notice and one reminder. The Financial Secretary records cash and checks; each member sees his own balance in My Council.
Your council’s name, address, meeting place and times, contact details and social links — all data, none of it a code change.
Classic, Evening, Chapel, Patriotic, Showroom, Circuit or Hearth — each a finished package of colours, stock photograph and layout, chosen by your admin and measured for contrast. Your own photographs still come first.
04 / How it behaves
How it behaves
The decisions underneath, which are the ones that decide whether a council is still using this in three years.
Not the calendar year. Officer terms, recognitions and hours are all scoped to it.
An assembly has a Faithful Navigator, not a Grand Knight. A man belongs to one council and, as a Fourth Degree Knight, one assembly — both at once, and the software enforces the rule rather than trusting it.
Anything a member does is on the home page or one tap from it, and works one-handed.
The software drafts; a human approves. Faith content carries its citations.
Anything touching member data is processed on servers we run, not sent to a commercial AI service.
WCAG 2.1 AA is the target, audited rather than assumed: contrast, focus, keyboard, labels, and reduced motion.
not yet
Built, not switched on.
Two things exist in the software and are not enabled for a new council, because neither is finished to the standard the rest of it is held to:
- Taking card payments for your council. Members paying dues or event fees by card. The dues book and notices are on; card payment is not offered yet.
- Market Center. Paid advertising from local businesses.
Migrating an existing site's history is also real work that is not included. See the pricing page for the whole list of what the subscription does not cover.
